Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy makes it easy to address any issues.

(a) Returns

If an item you purchased does not meet your expectations—whether it is defective, damaged, or not as described—you may return it for a refund.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at support@bootara.com.
  • Include photos of the received item in your email to expedite the return process and help us improve our service.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • Customers will not be charged for restocking fees, and shipping costs for returns will only be charged once (if applicable).

Exceptions:

  • Seasonal goods, intimate or sanitary products, and health/personal care items are not eligible for return.

(b) Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We’re here to help!

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must meet the same return conditions as outlined above.
  • Contact us at support@bootara.com to arrange an exchange.

(c) Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Damage limited to external packaging, while contents remain intact, does not qualify for a refund.
  • Please include photos of the damaged item when contacting us at support@bootara.com.

(d) Return Address

Please email us at support@bootara.com for return authorization and the return address.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery (as per tracking information).
  • Items not meeting return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

(e) Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

  1. Within 24 hours: Full refund.
  2. After 24 hours: Partial refund based on processing status.
